سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع – REVX

الاسترجاع

• الاسترجاع متاح فقط أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن.

• يُرجى فحص الطلب جيدًا قبل استلامه، والتأكد من المقاس، واللون، وحالة المنتج.

• بعد مغادرة مندوب الشحن، لن يتم قبول أي طلب استرجاع.

الاستبدال

• الاستبدال متاح خلال 48 ساعة فقط من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

• يشترط لقبول الاستبدال أن يكون المنتج:

  • بنفس حالته الأصلية.

  • غير ملبوس أو مستخدم.

  • غير مغسول.

  • خاليًا من أي روائح أو بقع أو تلف.

  • مرفقًا بجميع الـ Hang Tags والعبوة الأصلية.

• تحتفظ REVX بحق رفض أي طلب استبدال في حال عدم استيفاء الشروط السابقة.

رسوم الاستبدال

• رسوم الاستبدال تختلف عن رسوم الشحن.

• تتراوح رسوم الاستبدال بين 120 جنيه و180 جنيه حسب المحافظة ومكان الاستلام.

REVX Exchange & Return Policy

Returns

• Returns are accepted only while the courier is still present.

• Please inspect your order carefully before accepting it, including the size, color, and overall condition of the product.

• Once the courier leaves, returns will no longer be accepted.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Be unworn and unused.

  • Be unwashed.

  • Be free from any odors, stains, or damage.

  • Include all original hang tags and original packaging.

• REVX reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet these conditions.

Exchange Fees

• Exchange fees are separate from shipping fees.

• Exchange fees range from EGP 120 to EGP 180, depending on the delivery location.
